My husband works at a grocery store and they decided to start garnishing him from a 2014 bill in the middle of pandemic. I tried calling to see if they would let me make payments instead of taking 25 percent of his check and was treated like the scum of the earth. When I tried to explain I have very few hrs right now because we have no child care she told me to stop making it personal. I have never been treated so horrible.

Requested receipt for payments made and they declined to provide them. Very rude and unprofessional.

Michelle at this office is the most rudest person I have had to have a conversation with and she only records what you say not how rude she is too you!!!

AMAZING PEOPLE! Really don't understand all the negative complaints. Explained to them I was in the middle of making car payments and a custody battle. They even called to see if it'd be ok if I was a little late on my payments. Nice people and so very understanding.

Had been contacted by them in 2015 to pay on a medical bill that I wasn't aware of from 2012. I had set up arrangements and paid them monthly. I had added up how much I paid and it was the amount that was owed. I received a letter in the mail about nothing being left owed in the summer of 2016. Now two weeks ago 2019 I get a letter saying they are going to garnish my wages over $170 that was left owed when I thought this was paid for in 2016. So I have to pay them $170 from a medical bill in 2012. It's 7 years since. BUT, took them from 2016 to 2019 to contact me to tell me I had $170 left owed. I called to set up arrangements to pay off what is left and Michelle treated me awful and basically told me if I didn't pay in full that day my wages would be garnished. I told her I am not made of money and I can make a payment of something on Nov.7th so I am going to call back today. If she is rude she may wish she never spoke to me... Rudest and most unorganized people I have ever met.

I was paying quite a bit for a medical bill, They told me I had to pay half of the payment, So, they ended up garnishing my wages. I was a faithful customer and paying on time every month. If the leaders of this company would feel more for the people, like some of their ads say! I’m sure this law firm would be a good place to do business with. Just another shady place that doesn’t really care about anything but the money, Like everyone else, so sad!!

I know the woman all of these people are talking about I’ve dealt with her as well, there’s a special place in Hell for people like her. She is horrible and doesn’t care a bit for others.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST WORSE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD TO DEAL WITH THE LADY (SINCE I AM MORE OF AN ADULT THEN SHE IS) MICHELLE IS THE RUDEST MOST UNGODLY PERSON I HAVE EVERY FREAKING MET IN MY LIFE!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RUTHLESS!!!! THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF ONE STAR BUT I HAD TO PUT SOMETHING -100 WOULD BE EFFICIENT ENOUGH FOR THIS PLACE. THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HIGHER THEN THIS WOMEN I GOT TOLD THEY WERE NOT IN I ASKED FOR VOICEMAIL I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T DO THAT SO I ASKED WHEN THEY DO COME IN AND THE LADY SAID WELL IT ALL DEPENDS!!!
