After full cash payment for property, over 9 years ago in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Atty McCay has failed to supply the Deed to the property. She was contacted by First Class mail in November 2017, given 10 days to respond with any counterclaims before further legal recourse. As of December 21, 2017 NO RESPONSE has been received. Warren County Court Clerk records show several properties owned by her. When I supplied a deed for her signature, she declined mine, then provided one created by her. When I arranged an appointment for signiing the Deed at a bank several months ago, with 2 weeks notice, she did not show up or contact me. This negligence caused substantial lost revenue damages. I have provided complete documentation of proof of payment to her, proof of payment of city and county taxes paid. Is there any attorney in town that might litigate another? Ha!
