Richard and Cyndi are truly the BEST! They not only did a wonderful job. They care, I mean really care. Not just lip service. Both follow through. Check in on you to make sure your doing well. I call them our "Dynamic Duo" because they are our Supper Hero's. My husband getting hit was a nightmare come true, and seeing the remains of the car, I thought the worst. So the first time meeting Cyndi, I was a needy mess. She calmed my fears, answered my many calls in one day and tolerated my nutty-ness. Richard met my husband while he was in the middle of his concussion. It was amazing watching Richard listening to him talk in circles, not making much sense at all. He was a mess and this wonderful man took in his every word. That was a game changer right there. My husband for the first time since the accident felt at ease with someone.
