I appreciate the professionalism and personal care that I received after my accident. I especially want to thank Judy Brown, Scarlett Lester, and Kristen Brindley for their work on my case. They made the process seamless and were very communicative both by phone and email. They explained everything that was going on and helped me through a very difficult time. I'm glad I chose Hughes and Coleman!

I cannot express how truly grateful I am to have Hughes and Coleman as my legal team. From the very beginning, Richard and Christina have done nothing but give me ease as I've gone through this horrible time in my life. They have called and checked up on me countless times. When I was down and depressed over my accident, they were there. Calling me and making sure I was OK. They have worked so hard to make this process as easy as it could possibly be for me. Im a very straight forward person and it takes alot to impress me, but Richard, Christina, and all their staff have truly done so. There is no doubt in my mind that I am being taken care of, and im confident in every decision they make. Im so happy that in my highly medicated state in the hospital, a Hughes and Coleman commercial came on the TV and I called. Lol I cannot thank you all enough. There really are not enough words to express my gratitude to you all.

Upon speaking with someone on chat the entire conversation was professional and all my questions were answered. Response time for calling me back and such was in a timely manor. The values they seem to carry of wanting to do anything to help was amazing! All in all I'm glad I made the choice to call instead of elsewhere.
