From the very conception of searching a firm to represent me in a mater I had the very fortunate experience of being greeted by Michelle Turnage. Michelle's demeanor, knowledge, compassion, expertise etc. you could say brought me down for the roof top, down to the kitchen chair where she made me so comfortable that I was able to effectively communicate my concerns to her. Her sincerity was second to none and this along with many of the other key attributes she displayed should be a traing model for other individuals in her position and that they should not only possess but be able to put forth in such a manner that they make the client feel not only comfortable, but their matter is truly important, that it is not just merely "another case". This intake conducted by her should be the gold standard on how any client calling in with an issue is not only greeted but shown compassion and just as important that their issue(s) is just as important as the next.. For this I thank her and feel very comfortable that I have made the correct choice in selecting your firm.

Brittany was on top of her game. Her accuracy and concern showed in our conversations. Even if she didn't have all the answers at that time she worked to get them and followed up to ensure my questions and concerns got answered. This is what you call great customer service.
