I called Hughes & Coleman and I spoke with Caresha Newland. She was very eager to help me out in any way. She listened very closely to my questions and provided me with the answers I needed. She was extremely helpful and left me feeling like there is hope. She has a very pleasant voice, the kind that invites you to tell all. I'm so thankful and grateful that she put me in a better frame of mind. My experience with Hughes & Coleman has been great! The paralegal kept me up to date throughout my case, and she always got back with me in a timely manner regarding any questions I had. I will most definitely use them in the future if I ever need an injury lawyer again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an injury lawyer.

If i could give zero stars i would. Did a horrible job with me and my wife. We got rear ended and she ended up having to have back surgery. Not only did the lawer appointed get let go in the middle of our case they closed the case and made is sign an agreement thay we can never open it again when she still needs medical attention and no one to take care of her because our case is closed. She is in pain every single day and i do my best to relieve her but i can not. NOT ONLY THAT i don't even live in kentucky i live in Tennessee south of nashville! Why would they assign my case to kentucky when there is an office in murfreesboro? No one knows. Oh and our lawers receptionist did a horrible job at answering her phone and returning calls after several voicemails were left. We were left days and weeks in the dark. If i could give zero stars i would.
