Lack of communication and responsiveness in some cases
“Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Hannah Smith was our attny. Didn't communicate. Had to hound her for even the simplist things. Was supposed to file a restraining order 3 mo the ago. Did nothing. Late for court. Promised communication that never came, over and over.”

Unwillingness to take on challenging cases
“Sorry but my family was very unsatisfied he unfortunately is to afraid of a fight and won't take a case he doesn't know for 100% fact he can win but his fear disgusted Me so much that I decided to look out of town for a lawyer and literally for the same money someone else is willing to help and my thing is he was getting paid regardless but I guess he got to keep his morals and ethics in line by taken $50 from me to have a less than 2 minute conversation and probably one of the worst lawyers I've ever seen”
