Shane and his staff are amazing! Handled my case and done wonderful. Couldn't ask for anyone better, very professional, nice and made a horrible situation feel not so horrible. Shane and his staff was always available. Anytime I called with a question,I just called and could talk to them.

If you need legal services, I highly recommend Shane and his staff . They are very thorough and professional, but also very down-to-earth and easy to work with. They will go to great lengths to help you if you have been injured.

I hired Brandon West that is an attorney for this office. From the beginning he led me to believe I needed representation. This was not so. I payed 1500.00 for him to make an appearance in court an except a 6 months offer to defer and drop the charge against me. I thought he represented me an had no reason to feel it wasn't a fair offer. However to my surprise today Nov 28th 2017 the other person charge in the same case along with me had 3 charges against them with no representation. The prosecutor offer him 3 month to defer an drop charges. He said this was normal for this charge an it being the 1st offense. This seem quite unfair to me. I am a single mother and hard worker. $1500.00 I did not have. I called an made an appt with him to ask why he didn't ask for the same offer for me. Ask if there wasn't a way maybe that my case could be brought from 6 month to 3 months. He had no answer. So then I ask him why he couldn't have been honest to begin with an tell me they would defer an drop charges as long as I followed the plan set before me. He stood up an told me to get out of his office. Please know that this took place in the waiting area in front of another client an Secretary. Very rude, unprofessional and dishonest. As a business owner myself I would not want someone who lacks these qualities representing my company. Waste of previous money.

Consultation with Brandon was great but once I paid the retainer he tacked on more fees and acted arrogant and very rude in an unprofessional manor. The case was resolved but for the price paid I was very disappointed in having to deal with the the opposing party and doing a lot of the work myself. If I knew I was going to have to do most of the work I would have went with someone cheaper or at least more professional in there relationships and respect of their paying clients.

Shane is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. During difficult times, it can be hard to find an attorney that will answer all of your questions and push for resolve. I have been fortunate to have Mr. Romines as my attorney. I appreciate his knowledge. More than that, I appreciate transparency and the time that Shane devoted to making me feel comfortable during the entire process.
