Was very satisfied with the service and help i received to get through my bankruptcy thank you all for all the help

Good friendly staff as well as professional they have been in business for many years and they talk with you as if they are personal and they seem to care about their clients and what would be the best options for them I would definitely suggest if you are going in the direction of Bankruptcy Michael and Madeline as well as the other staff are one of the best in the business

You walk in, nervous and ashamed that you found yourself to the point where Bankruptcy is the only choice you are left with. You leave feeling good, no great, about your decision. They don't judge, they don't shame and they work WITH you while showing empathy and understanding. Five years I walked out of the office feeling a sense of relief I had not felt in a very long time. I knew everything was going to be just fine and five years later as my payment plan expires, it is. I could not have gotten through this hard time without them.

I contacted this office because I wanted to File Bankruptcy and I wanted to file Chapter 7 because I’m in the middle of a divorce and staying with family I was told I could file and I made a payment of the full 995 to get the process started since I had a wage garnishment taking place and I just needed to get this going (this all Happened in about a week)I then found out that chapter 7 was not a option and chapter 13 was the only chapter I could file I then wanted to change my mind to go over my options I requested a refund not saying I would never do it just didn’t want to do while I was looking for a apartment decided I would get my apartment with that money and then file bankruptcy once I found housing for me and my children then I would try to do it so I requested a refund from them they told me they would Process the refund then when I finally got the money it’s short 500 dollars and when I contacted them to see why they said they worked around the clock for me and emails are not free I never went to the office they didn’t even have all my paperwork to complete the process and all this happened in about 7 days I sat on the phone and cried to Sommer about how I was drowning and I would figure it out once I got housing but I needed that money they said okay and still kept my 500 dollars so now I’m still needing to file and don’t even trust this law office because they only want your money and they don’t care about your problems they just pretend to want to help I’m sorry I ever contacted this office
