I had an unusual and complex bankruptcy case which also involved my business and a foreclosure on my personal home by an over aggressive lender. Dan has a wealth of knowledge and combined with his attention to detail, insight and ability to plan for future events, he is unquestionably a most superior lawyer in the bankruptcy field. Dan spent all the time necessary at each event and we communicated on three separate occasions between 11 pm and midnight in order to file documents with the court “timely” in my interest.
