Tried to just get advice about custody. Not wanting to use them but just wanting an understanding of what was going on. And they told me they will not talk to me unless I was facing jail time.

My daughter has tried 7 years for her divorce hoping you all can help. Holding onto faith. Just keep calling a leaving voicemails for the past three weeks no answer.

These people cant be counted on. They have an automated system that says leave a message and they will return the call within 2 buisness days. I have called numerous of times over a span of atleast 2-2 1/2 weeks and i havent recieved a call back. There is no way to get ahold of anyone unless i guess you go to the office. Im located in gallatin county and im not sure where they are located but it shouldnt be this hard for someone to return a call. I just need to know if theu can help me with my disability case cause if i drove 45minutes one way and im sure id have to wait a couple hours the way they have shown them selves to be. I would be furious to find out theres nothing they could do and i had wasted an hour and a half round trip up and back for nothing. Why cant these people seem to do there job and return there calls.

Here it is now the day of court for eviction and I have asked them numerous times to return my calls as I don't know what to do. I have showed up to the legal aide office numerous times for over a week and still no calls and no help or returned phone calls. I even left a message for a jenny schields and no return calls from her either.I don't know what to do. Its truly sad that people who really need help can't get it because all they keep getting is false hope. Even from the legal aide office. Now the day of court with no communication from anyone at the legal aide office. I even show up again this morning and guess what's on their door? "OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED THURSDAY FOR STAFF RETREAT".

Doesn't help with probate

I went into the office and did a intake with the receptionist. And she told me that I would receive a phone call from one of the associates; and no one ever called. I guess that they pick and choose whom they help.

Very good experience for my first time. Helped my 86 year old mother greatly.
