Were very helpful to me although they ended up not being the people I needed to talk to. Great experience. There was a wait to get ahold of anybody, but their willingness to help masked that.

The wait time on the phone is ridiculous and if you leave a message for them to contact you back, they dont return your phone call.

It's gotta be a government scam. I'm hav horrible unemployment issues, for a year now. I contacted them 3 months ago. The most they can do is email. They have been ignoring me for a year, apparently she thought a email would cover it. Would be great if they actually helped....
Can come up with no course of action. It's pretty ridiculous

Cindy is really awesome she always contacts you back she never leaves you hanging and I know she truly cares and loves her career and helping people deal with Unemployment. That's not a easy job for anyone right now dealing with UI. Grateful having help.

Once you get ahold of someone they are very helpful and always very polite. (Naturally they're busy, so it can take a while to get in contact with someone.) But they came through on time when I was in need.
