I reached out to Russell & Ireland for a case that was 5 years old, because I had move from Kentucky and was not able to appear in person. I felt overwhelmed, and was a-little nervous but Adam put me at ease and explained how we would proceed. He was incredibly professional, and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. They resolved my case resolved within 2-3 weeks of my hiring them. Not only did Adam quickly resolve this case, but I ended up with fines that were MUCH less than we expected. It was great! I would highly recommend them, and would absolutely work with them again.

When the bailiff calls you forward to the bench for your turn before the judge, about a million things come racing around in your mind & you are nervous as hell! Before I was even seated, the judge said, “ hello Mr. Ireland, it’s very nice to see you again! Is Mr. Bier your client today?” At that moment there is nothing else you want to hear and instantly all of that nervousness melted away like butter in a frying pan! You really should have seen the reaction of my ex- it was game, set, match!! Joseph is a very empathetic lawyer who listens very well to you & he gives excellent advice during the court proceedings! If your getting divorced or you have a day in family court, Mr. Joseph Ireland is worth every nickel! He helped me end my 8 years of hell 2 years early & I only wish I knew of him back in 2012 when I first got divorced! Two big thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻!

Kristen Russell was our attorney for our sons adoption and was an absolute God send. She was extremely efficient about the entire process from being speedy with getting all of the correct paperwork inline and processed, to being an amazing advocate for us and our son with the courts. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an adoption attorney. We personally adopted through the foster care system which can be a very long process, so having someone in our corner to help our court date come as soon as possible was a huge plus. We had a great experience with Joseph Ireland as our attorney. We had a custody dispute over our granddaughter. He did a great job of answering our questions, walking us through the process. We did some negotiating with the other parties attorney and he did a great job for us on that also. In the end both parties were happy and we were able to come to an agreement. Mr. Ireland had a lot to do with this. I would recommend him to anyone who is needing counsel.
