I have had contact with a large amount of lawyers since 1981 when I got into law enforcement. I have never met a more professional person that always responds to my emails and calls. All questions asked are answered directly and quickly. This is the first time I have had to employee a lawyer through my vehicle insurance company and I am very happy with the services provided.

Susanne Cetrulo provides top notch legal services. Her experience is vast which allows her to provide excellent representation while valuing your time. She is flexible and allows for work to be done over the phone or via e-mail as necessary. However, she is very willing to meet in person if that is what is required. Hiring a lawyer can be quite scary but Susanne's knowledge and experience will put you at ease. She is highly recommended.

Unlike many attorneys, Suzanne is not constantly watching the clock, looking for how many ways she can bill you. I hired her for an adoption, and it was a great, caring experience! Later I hired her for wills/POA/healthcare directives; quick, easy, and reasonably priced. I also asked for quick advice a couple of times. She was there with reassurance--and not an INVOICE!

My attorney, Ms. Susanne Cetrulo, was outstanding. She was very professional and worked hard on my case. I appreciate the fact that although the advice she gave was not always what I wanted to hear, it was necessary and factual. I felt Ms. Cetrulo, was well prepared and knowledgeable when dealing with my medical malpractice lawsuit. It was very hard on me to re-live the whole ordeal. I hated going through the court process, depositions, and coming face to face with the doctor again. However, with Susanne's assistance, I was able to get through the ugly process, and she successfully got my case settled.

My wife was referred to Susanne through State Farm insurance due to an auto accident. Susanne was fantastic with explaining the situation, our options and what was likely to happen. Her communication with us during the three years plus was open and often. We were able to ask her questions as they came up and she explained them thoroughly. My wife and I would use her again if the need came - hopefully not. Sorry Susanne :) Susanne cares about her clients!

Susanne is known as "The Velvet Hammer" in Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky. She is gracious & sympathetic, yet extremely thorough & persistent. She gets results - period. I have been a legal assistant for over 28 years and Susanne was the attorney that our family turned to when my father suffered a horrible injury and also had several employment disputes as a result of that injury. I've said many times that I don't know what our family would have done without her. You definitely want her in your corner for ANY legal proceeding. When it comes to litigation, I pity the person that ends up on the opposite end of the courtroom from her.

I would like to say it's not often you meet a lawyer who will listen and cry with you. Mrs. Cetrulo was the most amazing lawyer I have met. She always had a smile on her face and she understood our needs. She truly cares about her clients and wonderful with children. I would recommend her tremendously to any family looking for a family lawyer. Bless the ones who get a chance to know this lovely lady who helped give us our daughter. Susanne made the entire adoption process so easy for us! We thought it would be the hardest part of the adoption but Susanne took care of us & in the end it was the easiest part of completing the adoption process for our daughter. We highly recommend Susanne to any one in the process of adoption as well as handling the alternative guardian paperwork.
