Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I called. They said I had to fill out a form online which they would send to my email. They said I would be scheduled with an appointment by that Friday. I filled it out and sent it in. One week later, still had not gotten a call or response by email so I sent the form in again, this time by picture messaging and email. Still nothing.”

Failure to follow through and deliver promised services
“Will tell you what you want to hear in the beginning but will not follow through. Had me settle in my case after 9 months without setting foot before a judge by scaring me with probability of her losing in court, after paying her a large amount of money.”

Unprofessional and unethical conduct
“Lonneman is the WORST IN KENTUCKY.!!! I Had to File a BAR RePORT On HER.!! She screwed me over really bad, and than laughed over the phone when she called me up to tell me how bad my divorce went.. I was in shock and very hurt.!! Also. every time (on my dime) we had a meeting, she got personal phone calls all the time from her daughter at home, and they weren't emergency....”
