He helped me to understand Kentucky Probate laws; explained the roles and responsibilities of an Estate Executor; assisted me with filling out all necessary Probate Court forms; escorted me to Court and addressed the Case before the Judge; provided guidance on developing the list of estate assets required to fulfill Kentucky law; and assisted me with wrapping up the case and closing out all necessary filings after the required 6-month wait period.
