After two lawyers failed to help me in my case, I lost faith in the judicial system. But after my very first meeting with Jeremy Aldridge, I found just what I was looking for in a lawyer. He was considerate and very professional and I wont look anywhere else if I have problems in the future.

My entire family only uses Aldridge & Aldridge Law Firm for all of our legal matters. Jeremy has on more than one occasion fought the legal system on my behalf and each time the outcome was more favorable than I had anticipated. If you are looking for a law firm to represent you I would highly recommend Aldridge & Aldridge Law Firm. They have handled all of my needs from my early adolescent years and even now as a business owner. Jeremy has always shot it straight with me as long as I do the same with him, he has never made me any promises that he couldn't deliver. Definitely fits the bill of under promising and over delivering. Thank you Jeremy and all of the staff at Aldridge and Aldridge Law Firm for your dedication to your clients.

Do NOT use them!! They do not stand up and fight for their client! There's hardly any communication from the attorney. Jeremy is the absolute worst ever! You're better off having a monkey represent you. Takes your money and does NOTHING!

I'm an active duty service member that was represented poorly. Before I paid my retainer I was explained how I would be represented, and I expected nothing less. Because I'm currently serving in Hawaii, I needed my attorney to make my court dates, and fight for everything I discuss with him as a client. Not only did I feel misrepresented, but Mr. Jeremy Aldridge never called me after my court dates and I will always have to call him for a status. I was told that he filed a motion with the courts on my behalf, but when I asked for a copy of the motion it was not stamped, or signed by the court; which leads me to believe that he failed to do what he said. Mr. Aldridge failed to successfully award me with summer visitiation of my kids, after he told me that there isn't no reason why I wouldn't be awarded my summer visitation. I was never updated about my case, I was told multiple times to stand by my phone on court dates (but was never called), and no motion was ever filed on my behalf to obtain my summer visitation to the courts. I feel that I was misrepresented and ripped off by this law firm. To add insult I was called by a clerk from there office saying I owe money when I didn't. As uncomfortable I am with lawyers, especially with being out of state and expecting a certain job to be done; I really don't trust them now. Mr. Jeremy Aldridge and his clerk was never on the page and tracking the same information with my case. She will email me explaining my case, and then Mr. Aldridge would email me saying something completely different. This should have been a sign of the unprofessionalism and mispresentation this office offers. Please learn from my mistake, and be careful not to waste you money.

Stay as far away from this firm as you can get!!!! I was going through a divorce, and after going to various consultations, I felt Mr. Aldridge was the best counsel for my situation. He explained the charges of $1000 for uncontested, and $2500 for contested divorces. That sounded fair as I am a firm believer of you pay for what you get. Boy, was I duped!!! After the ex and I met to discuss our terms, I felt that I needed to retain counsel, so I retained Mr. Aldridge with $2500. Not once was I told that there would never be any refunds. Probably my fault, but at such a hard time that really didn't cross my mind. During the whole process, I only seen Mr. Aldridge a total of twice, for roughly 15 minutes each time. Also, very little to no correspondence from his firm. If I didn't hear anything for a while, I would call to check the status and always seemed to talk to a different person about my case. Whenever the divorce was finalized, I actually heard from my ex about it and never from my counsel. I was absolutely flabbergasted!! So when I went in to talk to Mr. Aldridge about the finalization and paperwork, I asked if I were going to get a partial refund on services. I was informed that they do not issue refunds, but only do credits towards future services and supposedly the contract, which I never got a copy of, states that. So I am out $1500 that I am never going to use because I will never be going back to this firm since I felt they didn't do anything on my behalf. I hope that if you read this review that you strongly reconsider using this firm because you aren't going to be taken care of, just taken advantage of.

Any time I have needed assistance with legal advice for my business, personal will, contract work, etc. Jeremy, Carey and staff have been top notch. Easy access along with quick turn around time, would recommend their firm for any of your legal needs.
