Jeremy is great! He's handled a few matters for me, and both he and his staff are very responsive!

Top notch. Jeremy represented me in a criminal case. Never once looked down on me for being accused. Good dude for real. Has some absolute wonderful ladies working in the office. Stayed in contact with me thru email a text the entire 13 month process. More specifically Shanda Huckleby. Woman has no ideal who I am but still kept me informed to the max. Gonna miss the text an emails. Felt important for a change. Great law firm. Price is very respectable a competitive as well.

Jeremy and his team are the best around! I had contacted 5 different attorneys about my case, not one of them were willing to take on my case. I was filing to change the custody agreement between me and my sons father. Every other attorney I contacted said no judge would be willing to disrupt a school year to change our custody agreement, even though it was beneficial for my child. LONG POST (sorry) STATUS: Active-Duty Military dad to a now 11-year-old daughter REASON TO HIRE: Divorce HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT ALDRIDGE AND BIRDWHISTELL: I lived in Elizabethtown with my now ex-wife from 2018-2021. My dear neighbor worked in family law in Hardin County for near 40 years. When I realized that my marriage was over, I reached out to my neighbor for help. He provided me three names. I told my neighbor that I needed an attorney that was thorough and ruthless. BACKGROUND: Long story short, my ex met another man that enabled her questionable habits and behaviors. Drugs and alcohol were contributing factors. INITIAL MEETING: I had already spoken to six different attorneys before I finally connected with Mr. Jeremy Aldridge. It didn’t take long for Jeremy to craft a solid plan using the evidence that I provided. Jeremy was empathetic and sympathetic to my situation as he himself had a similar, negative, marital experience. Unlike the other attorneys I spoke with, Jeremy's confidence was calming. After my telephonic meeting with Jeremy, I worked exclusively with his Legal Assistant, Paula Bond. The impressive level of attentiveness and professionalism did not wane with this transition. EMOTIONS: I was scared to death about my potential losses. My number one concern was our daughter. My next concern was my military pension. Finally, I was concerned about my personal assets. HISTORY: Divorce history rarely favors men, with military men ending up on the losing end at an even higher rate. Unfavorable outcomes are even higher for military men with adolescent children. TIMETABLE: I filed for divorce in January 2022. My divorce was final by the end of March. (Female Judge) OUTCOME: I walked away with joint custody of our daughter. Our daughter resides with me full-time in Texas. My ex resides with her enabling boyfriend in Elizabethtown. I chose not to seek child support. I retained 100% of my future military retirement. I maintained tax filing privileges. I am not required to pay alimony or any other spousal support. I kept my Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). I'm still amazed that I won everything that Jeremy thought we could initially achieve. UPDATE: Last week, my ex and I went to mediation. She was unhappy with the divorce outcome and wanted changes. Jeremy was there through it all and I was not required to pay any additional fee. MEDIATION OUTCOME: My ex was awarded nothing of what she was seeking. (Female judge) FINAL THOUGHT: As mentioned previously, I spoke with several attorneys from WV (where I’m from), TX (where I was living at the time) and KY (where we last lived as a marital couple). All the attorneys had comparable retainer fees. Not only did I win in court, but I felt I won due to the legal team representing me. I probably drove Paula crazy with my numerous emails and telephone conversations with her. I feel like I should be required to pay them more money for the services I was rendered. I’m forever thankful for their confidence, personal support, and professionalism through this ordeal. ENDORSEMENT: While each divorce case is different, give this law firm a chance. It’s tough to put trust in someone when we are being controlled and manipulated by our own emotions. I pray this endorsement will provide you with the confidence to trust as I did.
