“Horrible with communication. Takes days just to answer any questions you have. Would have and scheduled time for them to contact me and would be days later hearing from them.”

Difficulty obtaining refunds or changes to services
“I paid 200 dollars to get things started. A few months later after they told us we could make payments every month till bk is played off, they told we could no longer make payments. So its extremely hard to come up with 1200 more dollars, when your the only one working. So I called today and asked for a refund of my 200 dollars. They told me that if I would have asked for it within the year I could have it back.”
