Incredibly unreliable. I'm currently 13 months into a separation. 7 months ago I contacted him and he assured me that it 'seemed simple,' and that it should be done with shortly. He advised me to stop paying my mortgage due to the fact I could not afford it alone because "you should be able to sell it before then." Before we could even get the home on the market--due to his inability to contact her lawyer--we were being pressured with foreclosure paperwork. All he does is apologize and give excuses as to why it is taking so long. I frequently go 1-2 weeks without a response to emails or phone calls. Its not even that I contact him often, more or less every month or 2 and every time he leaves me pulling my hair of frustration. 8 days ago I was notified by my wife that we have been court ordered to mediation and it had to be scheduled within 10 days. I have still not been able to speak with him about it. His office just says that they will forward the message to him. He does not respond to emails. He does not return calls. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please. Use anyone else.

Unreliable. No communication. Basically he took my money, emailed me a handful of times with excuses then stopped responding completely. I feel he stole my money and there is nothing I can do about it. Do not use him for your lawyer. Update: After seeing my initial review Kevin Moser emailed me and tried to explain himself and apologized for his lack of communication and refunded most of my money. I will up the rating to 3 stars but still would not recommend him.

Worst experience ever!

Kevin brought me the best news I've had in 6 months. He was able to get my case dismissed saving me a ton of money and headache! Thank you Kevin!

My Drivers license was suspended in KY, I had moved to Florida. Mr. Moser represented me in court and save me a lot of money and time. I didn't have to appear in court, Mr. Moser did it for me. I have my license back and very grateful for all the help he gave me. I highly recommend Mr. Moser!!
