Professional, courteous and efficient closing with Laura today.

This company was selected by the buyer when we sold our home. We were supposed to close on the 18th. But, due to our relocation, I signed all the seller-related documents on the 14th with a mobile attorney sent by the closing company. On the 18th morning we were informed that the buyer's loan was not finalized. Terry Monnie failed to inform this to us until the day of closing. Then, on the 19th morning we were informed that the documents that I signed were missing. Even though Terry Monnie charged us for mobile attorney service and document delivery, mobile attorney had put those documents in US mail and was missing. As a result, we had to get documents notarized again overnight those (the company paid the overnight mailing cost), and the closing was postponed further. This negatively impacted our ability close our new home purchase on time and created an enormous amount of stress and disruptions to our work and our lives. This is the fifth house we've bought/sold, so this is the 10th closing company that we've worked with. This company is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional and I honestly feel that they should not be in this business. For full transparency I want to say that they refunded the mobile attorney fees but kept the $40 delivery charge even though the documents were mailed through USPS.

A select and chosen group of professionals that have been at the top of their fields with years of experience. Don't hire an experimental no explanations no action attorney because it will cost you more in the long run .

The staff at Terry Monnie Title is excellent and friendly! We had a lot of back and forth with our sellers on when they wanted to close. TMT accommodated all the changes easily. I also appreciated how helpful Nicole was at explaining the different documents to sign at closing.

Awesome Title Company. Had a closing there. Colleen helped us there. She was so helpful and made the close fun. She was so awesome , I lost something very special to me. My Mom passed a few months back and I lost a pen she had. Colleen went out and checked the parking lot , lobby all over her office. How sweet is that ! Talk about above and beyond ! She's just awesome ! Nice place.
