This firm offered me compassion and hope from the moment I walked in the door. In particular Jonathan Gray went above and beyond and took the time to understand the complicated specifics of my situation and always made me feel like I was his only client instead of just another file in the stack. I was up against big insurance companies who were being adversarial in nature. Jon made sure I never had to deal with them directly yet always took the time to get my opinion, evaluate my suggestions, and keep me fully advised of what was going on.
