My father-in-law was very ill, and his caretaker called this law office and had his will altered leaving everything to her, as well as having her name put on his house. The attorney had her husband witness the documents as well as her paralegal via zoom at my FIL’s house. When my FIL found out what had happened, he was very distraught. My husband and his sisters filed a complaint against this attorney, and his attorney was able to get it sorted, but it took so much away from the last year of his life. This attorney should not be working with the elderly, and I pray you go somewhere else.

I asked a question about my daughter inheriting my property, which may still have a mortgage, without having to re-finance the mortgage. Ms. Williams was extremely helpful and courteous, and I wish I had asked her to prepare my original will.

Kari and Courtney are an unbeatable team. They helped us thru all the legalities of placing Mom in a facility and handling all her personal affairs without knowing what we were even doing. It was sort of an in your lap now you have to handle thing when I first met Kari. I felt lost and out of sorts. Didn't know my elbow from my leg and Kari explained things in detail and took matters I didn't even know was a problem in her own hands. Very caring and devoted to the rights of elders and the family they have. I can't say enough good things about them. On top of it and walking me thru the paces as I venture thru this with Mom.

Kari was awesome in helping our family with getting emergency guardianship for my mother n law. She went above and beyond to make sure my MIL got to the hospital for an evaluation for her dementia. Sadly after a few months my MIL passed away and again Kari was excellent in assisting the family with what we needed to do next. She advised us after my MIL passing and told us we did not need an attorney. So not only is she the best attorney but she is also an honest attorney. If you should need assistance with a will or elder law she is truly the best in my opinion. My family will definitely use her for future needs. Her secretary is awesome also.
