Unprofessional and unresponsive behavior
“They Sent our confidential reports to someone I believe at the jail. Never did anything to retrieve them. Would not allow us in the building to file a new report after driving over 4 hrs to get there and they knew we were coming.”

“This place is a joke, I filed a complaint against my lawyer and then got some pre-written response saying that they didn't see any wrongdoing. So when I called today and spoke with a secretary asking for any information into whether or not they looked into my case, she said that's not the way it works and there is nothing else they will do moving forward.”
