Mike did an outstanding job with our will, living will, and power of attorney. We had put off getting a will for a long time and now we see he made it seem easy. He explained everything we needed to consider, items we had not thought about before our meeting with him. He has children close to our kids age with similar interests and beliefs. If you need a family law matter handled, stay away from this place. I hired this firm to represent me in a case when my existing court ordered timsharing/visitation was not being honored by my child's mother. In addition, I provided irrefutable evidence of verbal abuse and disparaging of me by the Childs mother. The attorney chose not to submit evidence even when they said they would (very damaging to my case). The firm did the bare minimum (no preparation for mediation or court appearances) and I ultimately had to hire a different firm to help correct the shortcoming (...really what I believe to be legal misrepresentation...) of this firm. In addition, communication was mostly unresponsive throughout the litigation process. 1)Communication. I still have unanswered emails to this day asking why Evidence was not submitted. Other emails went unanswered for 22+ days. Immediately after the trial ended on Zoom, I called Corey and He did not answer. I called the office number and was told he would call me back in 45 minutes. An hour later I called again asking for him, and was told he stepped out to lunch. I called again the same day and was told he would call me back. He never called me back. Countless occurences like this. I have emails of him apologizing for not responding and telling me he will respond to the emails in question, to this day those emails are unanswered. What good does it do me to have his email and phone numbers if he doesn’t respond or answer calls in a timely manner. 2) Corona virus items aside, many other attorneys whom I asked for 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions agreed that my case was not managed properly and many things that should have been presented, did not get presented. Including failure to submit evidence. 3) Anyone reading this, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for family law. This review is 100% objective and I’m trying to spare you the thousands of dollars you will spend to clean up their mess.
