If you ever need a really great attorney Richard Burchett us the attorney that will work for you. He is the hardest working attorney I know. Thank you Richard Burchett for everything you did for me.

They won my case for disability but I could've did what they did myself if I'd only checked on the process and I wasn't shown much courtesy from them and they dropped my case as soon as they got paid instead of making sure that I got my part and I ended up getting shorted 17,000$ on my backpay

I filed for SSI two times and was denied. The 3rd time they helped me get a court hearing (over the phone) (Covid safety) and was so great at having my files, X-Rays, and Dr notes! Such an amazing job! It’s like all of their time was focused on me! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in Kentucky who is filing for a SSI/Disability claim!!
