Lack of Responsiveness and Follow-Up
“Met with Mr. Hopkins one time. When we decided to take action, we contacted the office, left voicemails, spoke with the secretary, even scheduled a meeting (only to be told he was not available) and still have not received a call back.”

Unprofessional Behavior
“If he didn't want to take the case he should have said so when I met up with him instead of making me think he was going to represent me in my case. Now there isn't enough time to find a lawyer.”

“We were still charged $200 for a 3 pg. contract they didn't complete. The staff member we dealt with was rude and condescending when we asked about the charge.”
