Iv known him about all my life we live in a small town and everyone knows everyone there in Harlan County Kentucky he is a great lawyer he also has places he rents out all over Harlan he was my landlord for awhile and I had no complaints he made sure we was taken care of and the place was very clean and safe as well.

He was nice and he helped me get out of a car accident and instead of a hole chunk coming out of my insurance he helped convince the judge and victim to let me fix it since I am a mechanic 10 out of 10 reccomed

He was very condescending. I forgot exactly what I said, it was something I read to show him I was educated and it would be easy to work with me, his reply was “you know it’s illegal to say you’re a lawyer and not be one?”not once in anything I said did I ever claim to be a lawyer especially to another lawyer, I merely just let him know I was educated in the problem I went to him for. Being educated in the law and not being a lawyer is not illegal. That was the last time I ever went to him.

This law firm lies, schemes, and takes you for every dollar the win out of court. To chicken to duke it out in the court room. They tell you one thing, then turn and do another. You call them, oh wait he's in court, or the judge is having surgery, he just stepped out, always excuses, 7 years and notta, nil, nothing. To much to list here. Next step tomorrow, the KY bar association. My one star rating is 2 to many.
