“It'd be nice if the phones wouldn't keep saying 'the number you are trying to call is busy. Please try again later' EVERYTIME I TRY TO CALL" and "After nearly a month and me calling them several times I finally got an appointment to see them in the office.”

“I arrived at my appointment only to be pawned of to a different person (not whitney) who is now no longer there" and "Messed my case up because he said he mailed a document that got my case dismissed because I never responded and then charged me more money to fix it.”
