Lack of responsiveness and communication from the lawyers
“After nearly a month and me calling them several times I finally got an appointment to see them in the office. I arrived at my appointment only to be pawned of to a different person (not whitney) who is now no longer there. When I called monday for help with a situation, I was told they would call me back, again nothing.”

Lawyers not taking adequate time for client cases
“Messed my case up because he said he mailed a document that got my case dismissed because I never responded and then charged me more money to fix it. He is old and needs to retire. Very unorganized, save your money and time and go somewhere else!”
