Land lord kept my $1000 deposit. I believe this young man was not professional and useless concerning Landlord Tenant issues. We met at Panera restaurant in Florence KY instead of office. Took retainer money. Gave him lease and I was without electric for 11 days. . Likes phone conversations because you can't can't prove anything.I had given him my paperwork. That portion was settled and he was paid accordingly. Next He wrote a demand letter to a landlord because I decided to move . Took $250 and I didn't know what he wrote before it was sent. I never saw it to know what was written for many months later. Written in May believe copy came gmail much later. Think in October. When I questioned him he said "what do you expect for $250" WHICH IS WHAT HE TOLD ME TO PAY HIM . He told me by phone that if I had proof that my deposit was not put into Escrow Account that I would get my deposits back. I had proof it went into landlords checking account. Very sad since I'm a senior citizen and trusted this attorney to do his job .
