My family suffered a tragic and sudden loss. Because of that we had several things that had to be done and It required a professional. My husband and I hired another Atty. And after paying the retainer fee, and him filing the wrong paperwork twice, we didn’t hear from him anymore. Two months later we respectfully declined his service and went online to find a new attorney. That’s where we found Mr. Bruce! When I tell you this man was so kind and respectful of our situation! There was a time he stayed on the phone with me for over an hour just talking me through some of my worries that had nothing to do with my case . And he didn’t charge me for that! When it came down to business, he was on top of things. I find myself Using this phrase to describe him, “a pitbull in a tie”. I have heard attorneys be described that way in the past but never really understood why they are described that way until I seen Mr. Bruce in action. He knows what he’s talking about he knows what he’s doing and he will give it his all, I assure you. Not to mention his entire staff treated us like family. They are all loving and gentle and kind to our situation. If you need a good honest Atty this is the man for u.

I have been dealing with an on going custody situation for the last 5 years. Before I found Mr. Bruce I had been let down by two other Attorneys in that time. I provided Mr. Bruce with the appropriate information and he delivered on exactly what he said he would. If and when I need legal help again he will be the first person I call. Not only did he deliver but he and his team where pleasant and professional 100% of the time.

Don't feel like they fought for me, not even a little. You get what you pay for. Half the price well you can figure out the rest.

I was assisting a client with removing a wage garnishment. This office handled the debt. Unbelievable interest rates on a 4200 loan. She ended up almost paying 9000. I am not sure how she would of ever paid this off if she had not have been lucky to receive some additional funding. I only spoke with Autumn she was very helpful and professional each time we spoke.

Had an unfortunate dealing with this group in regard to a garnishment. After the garnishment was paid, this firm waited 3 months to send another garnishment request for what they called "interest". They claim the original garnishment didn't satisfy the balance, saying interest is added "daily". Not a single person notified anyone that the balance wasn't satisfied, then they let interest pile up for 3 months before sending another garnishment letter. When I called the office, the staffer was not able to answer my questions as to how this happens nor apparently understand the concept of compounding interest. There was no one else to speak with either, so I'm left paying more money than I should be responsible for. I can only assume based on the attitude I received over the phone and the lack of detail in their paperwork and court documents that this is how this firm makes it money... "accidental" clerical errors. Unbelievable.

Mr. Bruce and his office staff have been nothing but kind and professional. He ALWAYS knew what was going to happen and he and his staff communicated with me thoroughly. I did not always get the results that I wanted, but i got the BEST results possible. I have been working with him since 2011 and he went through a very dark period of my life with me. He was always kind and compassionate during the process. Hiring an attorney means that "things" are not great usually, i hired the best attorney possible with him.
