Called for consultation and both attorneys said they didn't want to touch it not because I don't have a case but because the opposition has political connections in Oldham County Kentucky. These attorneys will not fight for you.

Responding to Shane Acree's post: James & Wells, PSC, is very disappointed in this post. Mr. Acree never employed this office. To the best of our records and knowledge, other than speaking with assistants when he called the office twice, he never spoke to either of the firm's attorneys. He did receive a call back from a staff member, in August of 2023, to indicate that we were not interested in his matter. He called again on November 17, 2023, speaking to an assistant who told him that she would take his message but if we turned down the representation before then that would be unlikely to change. She also indicated his current issues were not in a jurisdiction we regularly cover. There was never a statement that anyone in the office was not interested in representation due to political concerns. Furthermore, because he has never employed us, Mr. Acree has no basis to claim that we don't fight for our clients. That assertion is blatantly false. We take great concern that this type of comment would be allowed to stand besmirching the character of James & Wells, PSC. We will take all steps necessary to have this comment and its rating removed.

Ben Wyman and the team at James and Wells did a phenomenal job helping me sever ties with at less than reputable General Contractor by helping negotiate a sizable refund settlement. Ben and his colleagues have earned my trust and I am happy to give them my strongest possible personal endorsement for anyone who is in need of legal assistance.
