I highly recommend Holbrook & Holbrook this was my first time working with them. It was so much fun we was laughing the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for a better staff Becca Ballard was amazing! She really good at what she does. Thanks, for everything made me feel really comfortable and explain everything in detail on what me & the buyer was signing. I had an amazing experience with Hobrook and Becca Ballard in particular! I never had to ask for anything, I was always informed and kept up to date. I could even easily use the on-line portal to check progress on the fly. We closed on time and with zero complications. Can't recommend them enough!

I HIGHLY recommend Holbrook & Holbrook! The updates and communication were superb, their closer was very knowledgeable and personable and the company has their own in house attorneys who were able to swiftly fix a title issue that could have been a nightmare! They definitely try to make our closings a WIN~WIN scenario for all parties involved!

Tatum Davis and the other staff at Holbrook and Holbrook were so helpful, five stars isn't enough. We closed on the sale of our home there and saying that they went "above and beyond" is a massive understatement.
