I hired Mr. O'Toole regarding a long-term health insurance claim that had been denied. I honestly didn't think I had much of a chance collecting from a behemoth insurance giant, but boy did Mr. O'Toole ever slay Goliath. He settled the case out of court in six months. It is my pleasure to write a review on mr O’toole. In January I needed legal assistance so I searched Avvo where I came across mr O’Toole s profile. I wrote him an email on Saturday and Monday morning I received email from him. My legal issue has to do with my employer denying me a contractual right that will causes me serious financial and career difficulties. Mr O’Toole reviewed my contract and devised a plan. Throughout the course of this case, mr O’Toole was always accessible. He always respond and promptly to any email or question . My employer is a big company with a dedicated legal office employing several full time lawyers, but I always felt that mr O’Toole was more than a match for them. Mr. O'Toole is outstanding in his knowledge of Kentucky tenant/landlord law. He effectively explained our options during our initial consultation. He presented our options in a manner that allowed us to make an informed decision of how to proceed. He stated his fees - which we found quite reasonable considering our possible financial loss had he not intervened. He completed a successful negotiation with a landlord that we could not have done on our own. If we ever require this type of service again, we would hire him before anyone else. I highly recommend him and will be handing out his name to every person who experience issues with landlords!
