Our son referred us to Josh regarding a real estate transaction and he responded immediately. That alone is worth 5 stars! He spent time on the phone with me though he was working under a deadline on another case. Personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful....we will definitely go to him for legal issues in the future.

Even as a mother myself I know that family court can be kind of prejudice against fathers, so if you're a father (or a mother lol) needing some excellent legal representation in family court Mr. Tucker is your guy! He's hardworking and very knowledge in family law. After seeing how good he is for his clients I would not want to be up against him on the other side.

As a father fighting the legal system for the safety of my kids, things get disregarded because I'm a man and not a woman. If a woman had went in front of a judge with no lawyer saying the things I was, it would've been taken seriously, but unfortunately as a man in the family court we tend to get viewed differently because of the outdated principle that the mother is the best option. So after doing some research, I came across Mr. Tucker's information and excellent reviews and after meeting with him and seeing how passionate he is about giving his best and all for his clients, I hired him and it was the absolute BEST thing I've done for my case. He was diligent in getting all facts and presenting them to the judge and requesting that things get handled in the most efficient and fastest way possible for the wellbeing of my children.
