Mike Gartland handled my case. It was concerning my older private student loans and he helped me navigate what was going on because I was brought up on a civil suit. He negotiated my loans down significantly, while also keeping me informed every step of the way. When I received my suit, I had no idea where to turn or what to do, but Mike let me know what would likely occur along the way, and what he would do in response. As I had stated, he kept me informed throughout the process, which helped alleviate my stress.
