This is now my second experience with DelCotto Law Group, with Attorney Michael Gartland. I honestly can't be more impressed with the outcome of both experiences. Mr. Gartland was very on point, responsive, any questions or concerns I may have had he always took the time to call or email me. He always kept me informed on every move he was making with my case (without my asking) which was very nice not to have to call for updates. He is a very straight laced, to the point type of attorney and I really enjoy working with him. I will 100% recommend him to anyone and most certainly use his services for and future issues I may come upon. Truly a great experience!

Michael Gartland is a litigation attorney I would recommend without hesitation. He took on my private student loan case when so many other litigation attorneys wouldn't even take the time to look at them. These types of cases are not easy, they are very time consuming, and a topic a lot of attorneys are not proficient in. He not only took on the case, he educated himself on the matter when he needed too. He was extremely communicative during all the ups and downs of the case. Always giving me all my options and letting me know he was there no matter my decision. I never questioned his loyalties to me as his client. I would without a doubt recommend Michael Gartland for any and all litigation matters if winning is your top priority.

The unprofessionalism was stunning! I was transferred to speak with an attorney who answered the phone, "hello." He was barely audible, on speakerphone and sounded like he was 10 feet across the room. I had to prompt him to divulge who I was speaking with and if he was aware of the details of my inquiry or if I had to resummarize. He essentially lectured me on my ignorance of the law (well, yes, that's why I called you.) The gentleman sounded like he was hard of hearing, well into his senior years, and extremely unpleasant. We agreed he wasn't the right attorney for the case. Wow, just wow. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

Ten weeks of after the original closing date for a land auction, the seller's agent would not enforce the irrevocable offer to purchase and buyer's attorneys refused to close. Nothing happened until DelCotto Law Group was engaged by the seller. Michael J. Garland , attorney for the seller, began sending emails to opposing parties regarding "breach of contract" on Tuesday after engagement and by 4pm on Wednesday the buyer's attorneys contacted the title company requesting documents and wiring instructions for closing. A great litigator and a great job done!

At our first meeting with our attorney, Sara Johnston at Del Cotto Law Group, we immediately knew we were in the best hands possible for the filing of our bankruptcy. Our attorney treated us with respect and a high degree of friendliness throughout the whole process. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and processed our case to a successful discharge. We're so thankful that we found this law group and had Sara to represent us.

I enjoyed my experience with DelCotto Law Group. I have some hearing disability and cannot communicate effectively over phone. Heather helped me to arrange appointment very fast. Sara also quickly met me and discussed my case, which needed immediate action. Though Sara told me that she cannot commit to the case due to time and emergency concern, she provided great advice. Very professional!!! I like their culture in managing firm-customer relationship, and highly recommend DelCotto Law Group.
