"Dan is the Man" this guy is so professional and smooth he got my case dismissed and my bond money back i highly recommend if your looking for a down to earth lawyer who is going to go into the court room and fight for you dan is the attorney one of the best if not the best defense attorney's in the state of kentucky.

I recently employed Dan and his team to help me in a tricky situation. From the start, Dan was very knowledgeable and confident. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He ok. At first was very professional but in the end he took our payments and never spoke with the prosecutor as we requested. Next thing you know he just stop communicating with us. Next time he did speak with us he was throwing our financial situation in our face and telling us how wrong we were to rate our service with him.

I retained Jay after reading about his law firm on the internet. I was very impressed with his website and the way that he explained how the system works and the verbiage he used on his site. Since this wasn't my first trip down this road or should I say this wasn't my first rodeo but hopefully my last! Lol! I completely understood what he means when he speaks about the politics of the system on his website. So I knew that Jay was the attorney I needed for my case and he did not disappoint! Awful. Wanted to meet at 2 in the morning for payment of a few thousand dollars as a retainer fee. Showed up to court late. Was paid well over a month before the court date and knew nothing about the client or even spoke to him. I’m also not quite sure if he has front teeth and I’m pretty sure they are rotten considering the smell of his God awful breath. Handed the judge his business card and didn’t even speak up. Hit on me in front of my husband who he was supposed to be representing. He may do well with small crimes like traffic tickets but he’s worthless and a disgrace to lawyers in general. Steer clear. Had no copies of any paperwork or any type of documentation at all. And when I say hit on me, grabbed my thigh twice in front of my mother in law. I was embarrassed and wasn’t even the one in front of the judge. I wouldn’t recommend him to my dog.

The most proficient lawyer you can get in the area is Jay Oakley!! He is very professional and time efficient. He puts the needs of his clients first! I highly recommend this lawyer to any and everybody. Thank you Oakley and Oakly for everything!
