I was arrested out of state for a Kentucky warrant. It was a terrifying experience. I had so many questions, and no answers. Mr. Carman was referred to me by a family member. Dan did everything he could to get me extradited quickly, help my mother bail me out, and got my case resolved quickly. Mr. Carman knows the judicial system, rules and procedures, and the personal very well. His expertise lead to my case being dismissed completely within 3 months. He never gave me any empty promises. Dan is an excellent attorney. 3 of my 5 court dates I never even had to step foot in court he had it all resolved before the start time. I think I spoke a total of 8 words in court and the case was dismissed. In another crazy situation swat surrounded my house, there were snipers and talking over loudspeakers! Officers called me cellphone and I told them I would talk to my attorney before doing anything in the situation. I gave Dan a call on a weekend afternoon and he made himself available to speak. We discussed all my options and the best way for me to not get shot! In the end I talked to police explained the misunderstanding. I was let go, and the person who made the call was arrested.
