If you are debating whether the price of legal representation is too high. Don't! It is well worth the investment to have Dan Carmen on your side! Dan Carmen is all the things you don’t expect from an attorney: patient, communicative, a good listener, willing to take your calls, responsive to messages, ready to do difficult work - and most importantly, unafraid to go to trial. Mr. Carmen pulled off a no-compromising win for my son. I don't know that a different lawyer could have done the same. I can't thank Dan enough for the diligence he put forth on our case. After all was said and done the charges were reduced to a mere fine and my son’s record is clean. That says it all!

Dan is an excellent attorney. 3 of my 5 court dates I never even had to step foot in court he had it all resolved before the start time. I think I spoke a total of 8 words in court and the case was dismissed. In another crazy situation swat surrounded my house, there were snipers and talking over loudspeakers! Officers called me cellphone and I told them I would talk to my attorney before doing anything in the situation. I gave Dan a call on a weekend afternoon and he made himself available to speak. We discussed all my options and the best way for me to not get shot! In the end I talked to police explained the misunderstanding. I was let go, and the person who made the call was arrested. Dan keeps things clear and to the point. He is clearly highly respected by his peers, prosecutors, and the judges. Everything went smoothly and in the end I have 0 convictions.
