I worked with Abe Mashni on a case that spanned more than a year and a half. There was not a day from the moment I started working with him to the judge’s final ruling that I felt I was in anything but the best hands. He kept me informed, gave me sound and educated advice, and used his brilliant legal mind to get me a fantastic outcome. I was extremely impressed, and I do believe that the judge was too.

I was caught going relatively (very) fast in Lexington by a splendid officer of the law. I was worried sick until I contacted Tucker. He was EXTREMELY professional with me the entire time and answered any and all questions I had regarding my case. Even though my court date was delayed significantly because of COVID, he kept up with all of the dates and was there for me the whole duration of my case. I cannot describe how grateful I am to have someone as skilled, professional, and caring as Tucker. Being an Ohio resident, if I, or anyone I know for that matter is in a bind in Lexington. My go to will always be Tucker. I could not be more happy with how my case panned out. Thank you Tucker! Times one million!!!!!!!!

I have been involved in a somewhat complicated case for a number of months now. The team at BRR have done an excellent job, matching the prosecutor motion for motion. We are not finished with my case yet, but we have won a couple of significant battles, and they have kept my costs as low as possible through the process. I highly recommend BRR Law. I’m sure all of the attorneys at Baldani Law are awesome, but I’ve always used Tucker Richardson and would never consider anyone else. Obviously no one wants to be in a position where they need an attorney but Tucker made navigating the intimidating and sometimes confusing court process much easier. He’s always there when I call and never sugarcoats things or makes promises he can’t keep. 100% worth the money. If you find yourself in a bad position call Tucker, you’ll be glad you did.

When we hired Abe, we were 3 years almost in for a very high profile case. The court appointed attorney for my Sister just wasn’t meeting our expectations. None of us knew what the outcome of this case would be, however we knew we at the very least wanted a chance. When I first spoke to Abe I told him I just wasn’t sure what to expect. That I knew it would be tough. However, what I really wanted was good communication and someone to actually spend time looking over my Sisters discovery- instead of handing it to her to deal with, like the public defender did. Our past experience with very poor communication only added to our frustration. Abe came on board and dove in head first. I know he as well as his staff spent a tremendous amount of hours in a very short time span preparing for our case. Communication with Abe was top notch and worth it just to be able to reach someone, text, or then call you back within a reasonable timeframe to settle any questions or concerns. I personally have even texted Abe after hours and got a response. It was refreshing! In the end, while our case was very tricky, we feel Abe did everything he could for our family. My Sister, and my whole family would hire Abe again to help us with any legal matters in Kentucky.

Mr. Baldani did an exceptional job representing my son. He always made me feel welcome to call or come in for explanations of the process. He responded timely to every question we had. He was very thorough and so knowledgeable about the case. His responses to the judge and prosecutor while in court were thoughtful, convincing and perfectly descriptive of the circumstances surrounding my son’s case. Mr. Baldani got my son the best outcome that we could have hoped for. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome.
