She is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and impressive legal expert who was able to get my case completely dismissed with prejudice (permanently) and the erroneous charges expunged from my record. When I walked into Brandi’s office, she made me feel believed and valued and encouraged me throughout the process. In the summer of 2021, I was charged with two DUIs . I didn’t know of any DUI lawyers because I never had a need for one. A close and trusted friend recommended Tucker. I asked his wife if she would have Tucker represent the people she loved, without hesitation she said “Yes. Absolutely.” I didn’t believe in the justice system. Tucker changed that. All charges dropped. Top notch lawyer, Tucker Richardson.

Tucker was very arrogant with the police. His preparation was the worst of any attorney I could have imagined. Did not even bother to obtain the most important piece of evidence needed in my case. The video tape. That is why I had to plead to the highest charge they could possibly give me. You know me Tucker. Honorably discharged veteran. My name is Brent Stevens. They still couldn't eat me. I should have known better than to listen to my brother in law instead of using the Nicholasville lawyer in 2011. I recieved a response from Baldini law three months later. There is nothing to discuss as you cannot fix my issues. You would know this if you simply looked my case that was mishandled so badly. Tucker didn't even show up to the sentencing.

All I got to say bout Mr. Tucker is he is amazing! I’m from Tn and visiting my parents in ky, went out to Lexington to have couple beers and went to sleep in my car.
