I was charged with a DUI and Wanton endangerment in the first degree. A felony. I’ve been going to court for a year and a half over this. My world has been turned upside down in fear of going to prison for 1-5 years. The level of anxiety I’ve been suffering and sleepless nights, I can’t even begin to put into words! Ryan did do magic somehow. Had a very positive outcome Drastic difference & great news compared to what it could have been. A court clerk got mad & stormed out the office when she'd learned what I "got away with" (for lack of a better phrase) but it does cost either way all effective attorneys I know of are going to charge a significant amount of money but what can be made in a few weeks is a lot better than negative consequences lasting years. The right attorney for the time & PLACE /Local system is important I think. A motivated local with good rapport carries more weight than an unfamiliar Yale/ Harvard graduate far as I see especially here in E. Ky.
