I called for a consult and spoke to Elizabeth, she is very knowledgeable of long-term/short-term disability insurance. I would definitely recommend contacting her any long-term / short-term disability needs.

Bartley Hagerman and the entire firm are not only outstanding attorneys but INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL & ETHICAL!! I had been rejected on my first Judge hearing for disability, despite being almost totally disabled. Neurological conditions are notoriously hard in disability hearings. Bartley and Mehr, Fairbanks, & Peterson not only came through, they were friendly and hospitable without being patronizing or fake. I was beyond happy to find a law firm that was not the one that is on TV and Radio 24/7. The one with two names, that is "For The.....". Disability settlements are limited to certain cap, a person through work was represented by the two name firm and signed away 60% of their settlement. That is highly unethical, bordering on illegal. Unethical behavior like that would never come up at Mehr, Fairbanks & Peterson. Thanks for the hard work Bartley.

Mehr Fairbanks...particularly Bartley Hagerman, was recommended to me by a former colleague. My former colleague also happened to be one of my closest friends and we shared nearly the same situation. I don't think anyone looks forward to an injury or something that requires enlisting the help of a good trial lawyer, but in the event it ever happens to me again or to anyone else I know, I will STRONGLY recommend Mehr, Fairbanks & Peterson.
