On August 2, 2023, I was arrested by the U.S. Marshals. I was held without a bond in Bourbon County Regional Jail. Subsequently, I was indicted on November 2, 2023 for allegedly violating, Title 18 U.S. Code § 751(a). I had my initial appearance on November 9, 2023. During this initial appearance, it was the first time I met Mr. Patrick Nash. He was very professional and straight forward but honestly at the time I was indifferent about him. It wasn’t until I got back to my cell and started telling other inmates the name of the lawyer that was appointed to me, that I realized that I had someone special. They would make comments like, “He’s the best lawyer in town,” “Can we trade?”, and “I would kill to have him on my case.” I would simply laugh them off. That was until an inmate, commented “Can you tell him, I’ll give him $5000.00 just to look at my case?” This ultimately convinced me and led me to start doing research on Patrick Nash and his son, Nick Nash. I, then discovered that these guys really are the best in town. In my case, because of Patrick and Nick Nash’s strategic defense, I was granted a full acquittal and won my case. I can’t guarantee that these guys will get you an acquittal but they’ll get you the best outcome possible based on your situation. So, if you find yourself needing a federal defense attorney, I highly recommend these two.
