When my car got damaged at a local tire shop, the shop's regional manager claimed there was no way they did the damage. I didn't want to claim the damage on my insurance, because it wasn't my fault. Because of the shop's refusal to pay, my only option was to get in contact with a lawyer and try to get compensated for the damages incurred. And I'm glad I had Matthew Goeing take a look at the damage. He handled the process professionally, and explained to me the steps we needed to take to receive compensation.
