Difficulty reaching the organization and long wait times
“I have tried to speak to a person, anybody everyday for the the last 3 weeks. Even at the time they say to call , that they open for business they say if you are calling for yourself or someone aged 60 older press 6 . When you press it , sometimes it says maximum hold time is , 1 hr.”
