Lack of communication and updates on case progress
“No one has really reached out to me talking about really nothing I would have thought that they would have been more involved with me than they were I stayed in the dark through all the process so far I don't agree with that I think I should have been more involved with the case and I should have been told more about my case and how we are going about it in a manner that will get me the most out of my situation it's like I have to call and email them just to try and get a little bit out of them”
