WOW is all I have to say. I didn't know law firms or lawyers existed who cared about clients the way this firm does. From the first contact with the paralegal to our initial consultation with the attorney. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable with our best interest in the forefront. Highly recommend.

Pierce is the best mediator I have seen. He treats all those involved with respect. He listens to both sides and does his best to find that middle ground that is acceptable to everyone involved. His compassion and vast knowledge of the negotiation process has been the key to settle some very complex cases.

Pierce is arguably the best mediator in the state if not the region. He is able to negotiate weeks long mediations, as well as half days, and treats them all with respect, compassion and professionalism. There have been many cases I thought could never resolve, only to walk out 5 hours later with a settlement. There's just something about Pierce that puts both clients and adjusters at ease. His knowledge of the law is superior, which I think helps move the cases in the right direction
